Do you have what we’re looking for?
- Strong experience as a business manager or owner.
- Experience or knowledge in distribution, electricity, B2B sales, and business development sectors.
- Leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Well-organized and motivated by success and teamwork.
- Good business sense, with the ability to analyze project profitability, sales, inventories, and strong negotiation and management skills.
- Strong desire to learn and develop your skills.
Challenges awaiting you:
- Manage all activities of the business centre including financial management, profitability, business development, sales, project management, customer service, purchasing, distribution, inventory, and human resources.
- Establish and implement annual and medium-term business plans focusing on sales, customer service, cost control, profitability, and asset management.
- Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, customers, and partners.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in your region and participate in medium- and large-scale investment projects.
- Increase profitability through cost control and strategic pricing, monitoring competitors' activities.
- Analyze current performance and seek opportunities to enhance service and market share.
- Apply chain-wide policies and ensure operational standardization.
- Ensure a safe work environment, comply with legal requirements.
- Attract, hire, and train staff; foster a positive, productive work atmosphere.
- Support team development and be responsive to their needs.
- Promote your centre and build community partnerships to support local organizations and attract future generations.
