As an Associate Director (IT), Portfolio Manager (OPM), you will join the Program Management Office. You will be responsible for managing the Canada portfolio, ensuring compliance, resource optimization, and strategic alignment with organizational objectives and strategies.
You will also oversee a team of IT project managers and play a key role in deploying strategy and developing talent.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in Longueuil, conducted exclusively onsite.
What Will Your Daily Work Look Like?
What Do You Need to Succeed?
Proven experience managing large-scale portfolios or programs;
Experience presenting to executives and interacting confidently with senior leadership; ability to lead, facilitate, and effectively manage change;
Experience in aerospace manufacturing environment (asset);
Six Sigma, process improvement, or CORE Champion certification (asset);
PMI certification (asset).
