Why Join the Digital Technology Team?

As an Associate Director (IT), Portfolio Manager (OPM), you will join the Program Management Office. You will be responsible for managing the Canada portfolio, ensuring compliance, resource optimization, and strategic alignment with organizational objectives and strategies.

You will also oversee a team of IT project managers and play a key role in deploying strategy and developing talent.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in Longueuil, conducted exclusively onsite.

What Will Your Daily Work Look Like?

• Prioritize and coordinate IT project management resources across Pratt & Whitney Canada's portfolio.
• Identify and develop key talents and elevate project manager performance standards.
• Champion change and support the transformation of the PMO towards a global common framework.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing portfolio and program updates on key milestones and impact on mission-critical objectives.
• Ensure project execution follows established processes and complies with the center of excellence.
• Partner with other portfolio owners to compile and distribute portfolio information, progress reports, and budget updates.
• Utilize the new RTX operating system to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Manage relationships with staffing providers.
• Collaborate with business relationship managers to ensure projects align with organizational goals and strategies.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an MBA.
• 10 years of professional experience.
• Bilingual: Fluent in French and English, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation and international organizational terms, and communicate effectively in English with clients, suppliers, and colleagues internationally.

Proven experience managing large-scale portfolios or programs;

Experience presenting to executives and interacting confidently with senior leadership; ability to lead, facilitate, and effectively manage change;

Experience in aerospace manufacturing environment (asset);

Six Sigma, process improvement, or CORE Champion certification (asset);

PMI certification (asset).
