Job Summary: The Direct Support Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that organizational outcomes are achieved, to professionally work as part of a supervisory team that ensures both the effective continuous operation of Reena’s day and residential systems and the health and safety and well-being of persons with a developmental disability and their staff.
