Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for supporting the direct response team to ensure the administrative effectiveness of the department and the accurate online and offline campaign tracking, timely expense processing and data accuracy in the Raiser’s Edge. This position also includes the management of archival and current campaign samples, test tracking from art, components, insertion and delivery status, and interfaces with internal staff and external vendors to ensure a smooth operating system.
This role consists of approximately 50% Reconciliation Processes and 50% Administrative Duties.
