Description

We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Hummelstown, PA.

Position Overview:

The Program Manager plays a critical role in the day-to-day management and oversight of specific programs or services within their division. Reporting to the Program Director or Director, this position is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising program staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to program participants. This role may manage a caseload of their own.

Job Functions of the Program Manager role:

• Responsible for personnel management including leave management, workers compensation, unemployment, performance management, hiring, remediation, and termination.
• Management of professional services.
• Purchasing required supplies and reconciling receipts.
• On-call responsibilities for the region.
• Incident management in partnership with QCO.
• Understanding of labor rules including seniority, overtime, and contract interpretation.
• Client fund management.
• Intake and distribution of medication.
• Oversight of team compliance with required trainings.
• Oversight of program operations to ensure adherence to budgetary requirements.
