Description Du Poste

Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Compliance Testing, the Senior Manager, Compliance Testing will oversee and develop teams of testing specialists and/or managers conducting independent compliance testing to meet regulatory and internal requirements. The role involves providing leadership, guidance, coaching, and development to achieve operational results and professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage teams conducting compliance testing and validate action plans
  • Conduct analytical research and analysis
  • Develop and report on testing schedules and budgets
  • Support compliance testing programs, procedures, and standards

  • Report on emerging trends and risks
