Job description

This role is a full-time position that requires experienced and reliable culinary skills. You will be responsible for preparing daily dinner services for a diverse ethnic student group living on campus.

Responsibilities include cooking buffet-style dinners, desserts, afternoon and evening snacks for approximately 100 residents and staff. The Dinner Cook must be able to work independently, make decisions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the chef to develop varied and culturally diverse menus.

Qualifications :

• FoodSafe or equivalent certification
• 2-3 years experience in catering or high-volume cooking
• 3 years cooking experience
• Willingness to obtain a Criminal Record Check for vulnerable sectors
