Responsibilities

• Oversee cafeteria operations with Manager and team.
• Develop and monitor meal/break schedules for staff.
• Train, develop and lead associates for customer service.
• Ensure Health and Safety is practiced and trained.
• Audit readiness for Compass Group Canada standards.
• Attend marketing actions and meetings.
• Handle administrative duties: cash, inventory, banking, ordering.
