Our People Consulting professionals help clients manage and sustain change related to people, processes, and technology. This includes HR technology assessments, process design and transformation, vendor evaluations, defining operating models, assessing HCM and WFM implementation readiness, and optimizing post-implementation.

We are seeking Senior Consultants to join our rapidly expanding Digital Workforce Transformation practice, focusing on UKG Pro.

Qualifications :

• Related bachelor’s degree
• Approximately 3+ years of consulting experience
• 2-5 years of UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience
• UKG Pro Certifications are preferred
• Experience with solution gap analysis and recommendations
• Experience in business process design and enhancements
• Hands-on configuration experience for complex client requirements
• Participation or leadership in client discussions, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment
• Understanding of the full implementation lifecycle
• Project management skills are a plus
• Ability to work with limited information and proactively address issues
• Flexibility to travel up to 30%, sometimes on short notice

Responsibilities :

• Lead client engagement teams, demonstrating deep understanding of HR technology and UKG Pro implementation concepts.
• Manage project budgets and deliver high-quality services within deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, aligning solutions with their business priorities.
• Develop team members through feedback and training, fostering an innovative environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UKG Pro & Pro WFM solutions and industry trends.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships.
