Our People Consulting professionals assist clients in managing and sustaining change related to people, processes, and technology. Our services include HR technology assessments, process design & transformation, vendor assessment & selection, defining target operating models, HCM implementation, and post-implementation optimization.

We are seeking a Dayforce Senior Consultant to join our growing Digital Workforce Transformation practice across Canada (Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Halifax, Vancouver, Calgary).

Responsibilities

1. Oversee a team of talented consultants delivering Dayforce HCM solutions.
2. Support Dayforce HCM system configurations per client specifications.
3. Manage Dayforce HCM projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
4. Serve as a liaison between clients and Dayforce, managing communications and escalations.
5. Develop and deliver training to end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
6. Create clear documentation tailored to the audience, including requirements, design, strategy, and executive presentations.
7. Develop team members through feedback and training, fostering an innovative, team-oriented environment.
8. Ensure high-quality service delivery, managing risks, and keeping stakeholders informed.
9. Build and maintain productive client relationships, understanding their industry and priorities.
10. Maintain up-to-date technical and industry knowledge.
11. Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
12. Travel flexibility, with approximately 30% travel required.
13. Related bachelor’s degree.
14. 5-7 years in HCM system implementations, with Dayforce experience preferred.
15. Dayforce certification is a plus.
16. Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
17. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
18. Experience leading client discussions and system configurations.
19. Proven ability to drive revenue and develop new prospects at senior levels.
