Our services include HR technology assessments, process design & transformation, vendor assessment & selection, target operating models’ definition, HCM implementation, and post-implementation optimization.

We are looking for a Dayforce Senior Consultant to join our rapidly growing Digital Workforce Transformation practice across Canada (Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Halifax, Vancouver, Calgary).

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of talented consultants to successfully deliver Dayforce HCM solutions to our clients.
  • Support Dayforce HCM system configurations according to our clients' specifications.
  • Manage Dayforce HCM engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Act as a liaison between our clients and Dayforce, managing communications and escalations as necessary.
  • Develop and provide training to our clients' end-users to ensure they are proficient in using Dayforce HCM features and offer ongoing support to resolve any post-implementation challenges.
  • Oversee the creation of clear and concise documentation.
  • Develop people. Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/training. Foster an innovative and team-oriented work environment.
  • Deliver quality services. Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve a high-quality deliverable and within expected timeframes.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Focus on deliverables and client business priorities.
  • Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge.
  • Identify new business opportunities. Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients.
  • Flexibility and ability to travel; willingness to travel on short notice to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 30%
  • A related bachelor's degree
  • Approximately 5-7 years in HCM system implementations with a Dayforce experience preferred.
  • Dayforce certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in participating and/or leading client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead/support testing and drive deployment.
  • Experience in HCM system configuration
  • Demonstrated record in driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the 'C' level of Fortune 500 companies
  • Willingness to travel on short notice, travel is estimated at 30%
