Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (mining/engineering/computer science).
- 6–10 years of experience in a top-tier consulting or advisory/delivery role in mining/metals.
- Proven ability to sell and deliver digital/Industry solutions in industrial environments.
- Strong business development and delivery leadership across complex engagements.
- Deep understanding of MES/MOS, IT/OT integration, analytics and automation within mining.
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from opportunity identification to delivery and value realisation.
- Originate and close new business while ensuring delivery governance and execution excellence.
- Co-develop client-centric solutions aligned to operational priorities and growth.
- Manage high-performing delivery teams and collaborations with partners.
