What will your job look like?

• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customer executives to understand their business needs, pain points, and transformation goals. Translate these into actionable technology solutions that drive measurable business value.
• Architecture Design and Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of advanced architectural solutions, including IT transformation, digital services, platform-as-a-service (PaaS), enterprise service management, and industry-specific solutions.
• Strategic Communication: Clearly communicate complex architectural concepts to a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams to C-suite executives, demonstrating the long-term value and flexibility of the proposed solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with customers, internal teams, and technology partners to co-create innovative solutions, share best practices, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical expertise on cloud-based architectures, including SaaS, PaaS, automation, data management, and integration strategies, to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.
• Business Transformation Enablement: Work with customers to align their technology strategy with business goals, ensuring that the solutions proposed not only address immediate needs but also enable long-term success and growth.
• Innovation Efforts: Lead innovation efforts, enhancing the practice’s expertise through the development of knowledge bases and methodologies.
• Simulation Experiments: Design and implement simulation experiments to find optimal solutions aligned with customer-defined metrics.
  
  

All you need is...

• Experience: 10+ years in a technology-focused architecture, consulting, or delivery role, with a proven track record of influencing senior executives and driving successful outcomes in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to understand complex business challenges and technical requirements, and translate these into high-level strategic solutions that are aligned with customer goals.
• Technical Expertise: Strong experience with new tech, including cloud architecture, automation, enterprise service management, application integration, AI/ML, and advanced data architectures.
• Architecture Frameworks: Familiarity with industry architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, IT4IT, etc.) and the ability to apply these principles to create scalable, future-proof solutions.
• Communication and Leadership: Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives.
• Innovation and Problem-Solving: A passion for researching new technologies and finding innovative ways to solve customer problems. Ability to think creatively and out-of-the-box to deliver solutions that drive real business value.
• Telecom Experience is a plus: Experience in the telecommunications industry, including knowledge of telecom networks, protocols, and standards. Familiarity with telecom-specific technologies and solutions, such as OSS/BSS systems, 5G, and network virtualization.
• Cloud Providers: Knowledge or experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, AZURE).
• Modeling Experience: Experience with defining contextual, conceptual, and logical models that align both business and technical capabilities to explain the architecture.
