AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Digital Systems Lead in Canada to guide digital delivery, BIM governance, and information management across major infrastructure and rail projects. Job Description

Overview

The Digital Systems Lead is responsible for leading digital delivery systems, BIM governance, standards, automation, and innovation across major infrastructure, transportation, and rail projects. This role provides strategic leadership to multidisciplinary digital teams and ensures the successful adoption of digital practices that improve project performance, quality, and efficiency.

Your role

• Lead the development and implementation of digital delivery strategies, standards, and governance frameworks.

• Oversee BIM, CAD, information management, automation, and digital delivery processes across projects.

• Manage and mentor a team of digital specialists, including standards, automation, object library, and platform support resources.

About you

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range 90 000$ - 117 000$ annually_ Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
