This is a newly created role that bridges strategy, execution, and innovation.

  • Lead assigned digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

  • Collaborate across teams, building integrated work plans with internal partners.

  • Track, measure, and report on outcomes and effectiveness of digital efforts.

  • Support enterprise-wide digital priorities as identified by leadership.

  • Serve as the go-to contact for designated stakeholder groups within the organization.

  • Champion the user experience, helping design intuitive, user-focused digital solutions.

  • Mentor colleagues and share knowledge to build cross-team digital fluency.

  • Identify and recommend improvements in digital features, functionality, and user experience (UX).

  • Ensure brand and content consistency, aligning with corporate digital standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • Four (4) years' relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of four (4) years of related digital marketing/strategy experience.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.

  • A passion for data-informed decision making.

  • A user-first mindset with a deep understanding of digital behavior and experience design.

  • Ability to balance strategy with execution, and lead initiatives from concept to impact.

  • Comfort navigating cross-functional teams and representing digital best practices across the organization.
