Digital Strategist - Paid Social & Search

Position Summary:

The Digital Strategist - Paid Search and Paid Social will ensure smooth daily operations, working closely with strategists and managers on ad builds, launches, reporting, and ad hoc tasks. The role requires responsibility, solutions orientation, and keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate expertise in paid media, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Manage campaign setup, execution, budgets, goals, KPIs, and optimizations.
  • Build and deliver performance reports and insights.
  • Maintain promotional calendars aligned with ad specs and campaign goals.
  • Stay updated on industry tools and tech solutions.
  • Prepare detailed results and actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Implement website tagging and conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
  • Collaborate with leadership to inform RFPs, proposals, and planning.
  • Analyze data to create insight-driven deliverables with storytelling elements.
Desired Skills & Experience:

3-5 years in Paid Social and Paid Search, with experience in Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping, Display, Demand Gen) and Meta tactics (UGC, Prospecting, Retargeting, Advantage+, DPA). Proficiency with media platforms (Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Microsoft Ads, AMS, Meta, TikTok, X/Twitter, Apple Search). Previous agency or media partner experience is a plus. Strong data skills, passion for emerging media and AI, excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office tools. A university degree or equivalent experience is preferred; Shopify experience is a plus.
