About the Job

As a Digital Strategist on our AI-Managed Professional Services team, you’ll support digital advertising performance across SEM and social paid platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Matchcraft. You’ll follow well-established workflows while learning to leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks, uncover campaign insights, and contribute to continuous optimization. With strong mentorship and a collaborative team environment, this role is ideal for someone looking to build technical acumen and grow in the digital marketing space.

Your Impact

As a Digital Strategist, you’ll work with Client Engagement Leads, Digital Ads Specialists, and cross-functional teams to:

  • Execute and optimize search and social ad campaigns using platforms such as Matchcraft, Google Ads, and Meta.
  • Use AI tools and standardized prompts (with guidance) to assist in campaign optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Maintain campaign quality through regular monitoring, data analysis, and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless campaign execution and service delivery.
  • Adhere to SLAs by managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and communicating proactively with stakeholders.
  • Participate in continuous learning by completing certifications, contributing to team improvements, and embracing AI-supported workflows.

What You Bring to the Table

You are:

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to experiment with emerging tools—especially AI.
  • Collaborative in nature and comfortable communicating across teams and with partners.

You have:

  • 2+ years of experience in Paid Search and/or Paid Social advertising.
  • A solid grasp of online marketing concepts, including SEM and display advertising.
  • Proficiency in using digital ad platforms such as Google Ads and Meta; familiarity with Matchcraft is a plus.
  • Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics certifications (or commitment to complete within 30 days).
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and performance issues
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, in both technical and non-technical contexts.
