SUMMARY
We’re looking for an innovative, forward-thinking professional to help develop digital strategies and media plans that connect our clients with their audiences — in Canada, across North America, and globally.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Think Shift’s clients, as well as our media, creative, and account teams, supporting both national and international brands. You’ll be the go-to expert for leveraging the latest in digital marketing, executing effective digital strategies, driving better performance across existing digital channels, and managing the project to completion.
You’ll develop data-driven campaign strategies that align with our clients’ goals and deliver clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll also provide hands-on support to our digital team, ensuring campaigns are expertly built, managed, optimized, and reported.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Digital Media Strategy
  • Provide clients and internal stakeholders with digital thought leadership and insights to support MarCom and business planning.
  • Develop and present to clients, digital media campaign strategies that are innovative, meaningful, and measurable.
  • Develop and improve existing targeting strategies to connect with client audiences, identifying key channels and platforms to reach potential customers.
  • Support new business development initiatives as needed, providing support materials and strategic guidance for digital marketing proposals and pitches.
  • Provide guidance for Think Shift’s sales team in developing digital strategies to improve inbound marketing campaigns.
Campaign Management & Reporting
  • Collaborate with account leads and the workflow team to develop estimates and schedules for campaign execution, ensuring billable items and hours required are accurately reflected.
  • Lead digital campaign planning and execution, delegating to the digitalteam and ensuring that strategies are being actioned accordingly, implementing best practices in campaign management, naming, data collection, and optimization processes.
  • Establish optimization schedules to monitor and improve campaign performance, working closely with supporting team members to ensure outstanding campaign results.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in developing campaigns, optimizing campaign performance, and developing analysis of campaign results.
  • Analyze campaign performance and develop and present well-articulated insights that tell the story of the campaign, the results, and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Active participation in creative brainstorming, UX development, and any other aspect of campaigns to ensure optimal paid digital media performance.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience with 2 years agency experience.
  • Minimum 2 years managing projects and campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience creating digital marketing strategies and campaign execution.
  • Strong presentation skills as well as written and verbal English language communication.
  • High proficiency and comfortability with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications preferred.
  • Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager integrations.
  • Reporting platform experience (Funnel, Looker Studio, etc.) and using data to tell stories.
