Job summary

IS2 Workforce Solutions in Surrey, Canada, is seeking a Digital Solutions Manager to lead digital and data initiatives that support operational performance, customer experience, and long-term growth. This hands-on leadership role blends strategy, solution design, technical execution, and team leadership.

You will manage a team, drive roadmaps, supervise AI initiatives, and ensure secure, scalable enterprise solutions across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital solutions, data or enterprise applications.
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Strong experience with SQL, API management, data lakes and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, eCommerce and/or WMS systems.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI is strongly preferred.
• Experience working across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy, solution design, technical execution, and team leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead & Deliver

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Digital Solutions team
• Drive digital initiatives, technical roadmaps and help desk priorities
• Partner with business leaders to align technology solutions with organizational goals
• Lead the rollout, governance, maintenance and security of AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude
• Design and implement scalable solutions across ERP, CRM, eCommerce and data platforms
• Drive integrations, automation and system optimization across SaaS and on-prem environments
• Provide senior-level technical support for integrations, APIs, automation and AI initiatives
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and act as a key point of contact during outages

Governance, Security & Strategy

• Support data security, access controls, compliance and operational reliability
• Maintain strong documentation, change management and security practices
• Contribute to architectural planning, disaster recovery/business continuity and continuous improvement
• Manage APIs, data integrations and system documentation

Vendors & Stakeholders

• Build and manage relationships with vendors, partners and service providers
• Support solution delivery, service evaluations and contract discussions
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to advance digital initiatives

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in digital solutions, data or enterprise applications
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams
• Strong experience with SQL, API management, data lakes and enterprise SaaS platforms
• Experience with ERP, CRM, eCommerce and/or WMS systems
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI is strongly preferred
