Overview:
Digital Shelf Specialist
Location: 30 Eglinton Ave West, Mississauga, ON
Full-time, permanent role with 3 days on-site or as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
DTC Website Management:
- Oversee and optimize product listings, categorization, pricing, and promotions on the DTC website.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot, improve, and maintain platform functionality, ensuring content accuracy and consistency with inventory and sales strategies.
E-tailer & Marketplace Management:
- Work with third-party e-tailers (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) to ensure proper product listing and optimization, adhering to marketplace guidelines.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies with e-tailers to maximize visibility and sales.
Promotions & Campaigns:
- Plan and execute product promotions, seasonal offers, and limited-time deals for both the DTC site and e-tailers.
- Align website and e-tailer promotions with broader marketing campaigns.
Content & Visual Merchandising:
- Ensure product pages are visually engaging with high-quality images, videos, and consistent branding across platforms.
- Update content to reflect current trends, inventory, and seasonal offerings.
Product Performance & Data Analysis:
- Generate reports on product performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize listings.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing issues related to product listings or site performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in eCommerce merchandising, focusing on DTC websites and third-party e-tailers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work and external partnerships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with Hybris or similar eCommerce platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with product feed management, inventory systems, and marketplace platforms is a plus.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems and PIM tools.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website updates.
- Understanding of UX/UI best practices for eCommerce.
