Job summary

Aritzia is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager, Analytics in Vancouver to lead analytics efforts across the business. You will partner with stakeholders, design measurement strategies, and translate business needs into actionable data outputs.

The mission of the Digital Technology department is to design, build, deliver and operate robust, efficient, and scalable technology solutions that align with our strategic, business and technology goals.

As Manager, Analytics, you will combine your deep understanding of our landscape, with your passion for data and masterful analytics skills to uncover opportunities that will enable Aritzia to deliver world class every day luxury experiences. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Analytics, you will:

• Partner with stakeholders and cross functional partners to inform strategy, develop roadmaps and translate business requirements into clearly defined outputs such as analyses, dashboards and data models
• Define measurement strategies and leverage advanced statistical techniques to deliver high quality insights that drive business outcomes and improve decision-making
• Effectively communicate complex insights to senior leadership, leveraging data visualization best practices and story telling
• Deliver scalable dashboards, data models and reports to enable self-service analytics
• Direct and mentor a high-performing team, fostering continuous professional growth and ensuring delivery excellence

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager, Analytics has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
• Applying technical analytics expertise to business-facing contexts that drive impact
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to deeply understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions, insights and data models
• SQL, Python or R
• Modern data warehouses, with a preference for BigQuery
• Leveraging AI to accelerate workflows, enhance insights and improve effectivenessCoaching and developing data professionals
• Retail or eCommerce experience is considered an asset.
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market‑leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay‑for‑performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000/year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
