A career in our Digital Real Estate Practice, within our Real Assets Group, offers an opportunity to leverage expertise in the real estate market supporting ITIM systems modernizations and delivering property management operational services.

As part of our team, you will be involved in real estate matters where we provide services including operational gap evaluations, systems assessments, operational model design, future state requirements definition, process design, systems design, testing, implementation, post go-live support, provisioning of real estate managed services, and supporting the broader real estate and capital projects team.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Real Estate Managing Director, you’ll work as part of a problem-solving team, helping to address business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Contributing to the growth of the digital real estate practice through leveraging the firm’s network and your own influence, establishing business development verticals, and growing sales.
• Leading our Yardi systems implementation team, including developing standards for requirements, design, testing, and support, identifying skills gaps, and supporting practice growth.
• Conducting operational gap evaluations and comprehensive systems assessments to improve current processes and systems.
• Defining future state requirements to position real estate operations for growth.
• Creating detailed process designs and developing systems specifications to meet organizational needs.
• Overseeing testing and implementation of new systems, establishing post-go-live support.
• Growing client relationships by demonstrating industry expertise and providing guidance on business transformations and new technology adoption.
• Managing the provisioning of real estate managed services to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Supporting deals related to real assets, restructuring, and value creation projects.
• Contributing to thought leadership, proposals, business development, and coaching teams across the PwC network.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

• Chartered Professional Accountant designation and experience in real estate accounting are assets.
• Experience in property management, construction, investment, or financial accounting is preferred.
