JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to lead and manage multidisciplinary digital marketing projects from kickoff to completion. This role focuses on taking full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and meets both client and internal expectations.

As the Project Manager, you will be the key point of coordination — keeping timelines on track, facilitating collaboration across teams, and ensuring day-to-day project details are properly managed. You will work closely with cross-functional departments, communicate clearly with clients, and actively flag any risks or roadblocks to ensure projects run smoothly.

In this role, you won’t just track tasks — you’ll take ownership of delivering successful outcomes, supporting both the team and the client throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll be empowered to stay ahead of timelines, anticipate challenges, and ensure both client satisfaction and team alignment.

The Project Manager will work closely with department leads to maintain productivity, support client relationships, and contribute to the company’s overall success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that could span one or multiple lines of business
  • Full project life cycle ownership : vendor relationship, communication, resourcing budgets, change management, managing risk / issues, successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
  • Report on project status, success criteria or KPI results, project metrics and other related management reports
  • Coordinate internal resources and third party contractors / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Prepare and assist in the creation of statement of work, quotes or proposals involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Act as a communication hub regarding projects, processes and tools while ensuring alignment with best practices
  • Work closely with the development and design teams as well as liaise with other internal teams
  • Participate in developing the roadmap
  • Encourage teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects to management
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field OR equivalent work experience
  • PMP Certification is preferred
  • CAPM / PRINCE II certification is a plus

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • 4+ years of project management experience is REQUIRED
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects in a Digital Marketing capacity is REQUIRED
  • 3+ years of Marketing Agency experience is a MUST
  • Health / Pharma Project Management experience is an ASSET
  • Exposure with regulatory reviews, such as PAAB, ASC, Internal med / reg reviews is an ASSET
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Team leadership (mentoring, coaching, team building)
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Must have strong time management, organizational and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
  • Excellent experience in SDLC including Waterfall & Agile
  • Experience drafting and submitting budget proposals
  • Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
  • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common objective
  • Proven ability to demonstrate teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down the different staff levels in the organizations
  • Build and maintain relationships by engaging staff to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
  • Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to change and competing demandResearch best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data and use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results
