Position: Digital Production & Lab Assistant (Full-Time)
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to assist in digital dental production and lab operations. This is an ideal position for someone looking to build a career in dental technology, with the potential to progress toward becoming a registered dental technician.

Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting in all aspects of dental prosthetic fabrication
• Operating 3D printers, CNC machines, and other production equipment
• Applying waste reduction practices in pressing, printing, and production workflows
• Trimming models, organizing cases, and preparing materials for fabrication
• Scanning and setting up digital design files
• Supporting disinfection protocols and case intake/logistics
• Managing inventory and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Performing occasional local deliveries (G-class license required)

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in machine operation, production, or manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of waste reduction techniques in digital production workflows
• Attention to detail and good manual dexterity
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with digital tools
• Experience with 3D printing or CNC equipment is an asset
• Valid Ontario G-class driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
• Interest in dental technology and health sciences encouraged
