The Digital Product Manager will work alongside the Director of Digital Product Management to champion customer experience and support the delivery of the client's DTC Digital Roadmap.
Manage key business stakeholder relationships and work with Business Owners to define experiences that deliver on key business outcomes and goals; supporting product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
Partner with Business Owners to define the measurable success metrics and Key Results for projects and initiatives; hold the business accountable to these KPIs throughout the product lifecycle to ensure value is being realized and capabilities are being used to their fullest.
The Digital Product Manager will build and own change management processes/tools to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
Support communication efforts, manage anticipated resistance, and conduct impact analyses to create a strategy to support the adoption of changes.
Assist in the development of vision and roadmap and create/maintain a detailed prioritized product backlog.
Use data to drive decisions. Build a hypothesis, test & iterate to formulate an agile product development approach.
The Digital Product Manager will support discovery by working with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate concepts into clear acceptance criteria that align with business goals.
Experience:
4+ years of product management experience.
4+ years working with a consumer-facing digital product.
Expert communication, negotiation, coaching, and active listening skills.
Proven ability to drive alignment and influence stakeholders of various positions from junior to executive leadership.
Experience working closely with various business functions including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain, etc.
Experience developing change management strategies and plans for large-scale projects.
Knowledge of eCommerce, Retail, CRM systems and processes.
Understanding of agile/scrum development, UX/UI design, and Engineering.
Track record for product delivery and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and across teams in different time zones.
Resourceful, able to independently identify and solve problems through ambiguity.
Experimental thinker, comfortable working in an environment that is constantly changing.
Excellent organizational, technical, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to use data and business knowledge to prioritize projects and drive alignment across teams.
Engineering, Computer Science, or Business degrees are considered an asset.
