We seek a passionate Digital Product Senior Analyst to shape digital strategies within our Customer Service & Channel Operations (CS / CO). The role involves managing data and analytics infrastructure, supporting regional digital strategies, and day-to-day order management activities in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop data strategies aligning with organizational needs
  • Oversee data environment for North America, including migration and maintenance
  • Support analytics requests and promote a data-driven culture
  • Implement emerging analytics trends and digital tools
  • Identify business challenges and propose data-driven solutions
  • Foster continuous improvement and collaboration with global teams
  • Troubleshoot data issues and ensure system accuracy
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations preferred
Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 4+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of Data Warehouse tools (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Experience with Power BI, Alteryx
  • Strong data analysis and storytelling skills
  • Strategic thinking and solution implementation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred:

  • Programming skills (SQL, Python)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Supply Chain knowledge including Order Management and Logistics
  • Familiarity with EDI transactions
Other
  • Up to 15% domestic travel required
