Located worldwide, with options for in-office or remote work, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Product Senior Analyst to join our Customer Service & Channel Operations (CS / CO) organization within JOM Deliver.

This role will shape digital strategies, manage data infrastructure, and support regional data integration, influencing the data and digital strategy for North America CS / CO.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing data strategies for short and long-term needs
  • Managing the North America regional data environment
  • Supporting analytics requests and fostering a data-driven culture
  • Deploying new digital tools and automation for efficiencies
  • Identifying business challenges and proposing data-driven solutions
  • Collaborating with global teams and troubleshooting data issues

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations preferred.

Experience & Skills:

  • 4+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of Data Warehouse tools (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx)
  • Strong data analysis and storytelling skills
  • Strategic thinking and solution implementation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred:

  • Programming skills (SQL, Python)
  • ERP systems knowledge (SAP)
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Supply Chain knowledge including Order Management and Logistics
  • Familiarity with EDI data transactions
