MISSION

The Digital Product Designer is detail-oriented, with a strong visual design sense and a passion for execution. You will build high-quality, production-ready interfaces using established design systems, collaborating closely with developers in Figma to ensure pixel-perfect results.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys refining interfaces with precision and keeping the user at the center of design decisions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Functional

  • Design and maintain reusable components and UI patterns in Figma
  • Work with engineers to ensure accurate implementation and fidelity to designs
  • Create clean, consistent, and user-friendly designs for web and mobile
  • Maintain and extend the design system for visual and interaction consistency
  • Advocate for the customer, aligning designs with user needs and business goals
  • Bridge stakeholder requirements with intuitive user experiences
  • Participate in design critiques and iterate based on feedback
  • Manage execution details, edge cases, and responsive states

  • Collaborate to develop flexible, iterative solutions
  • Share knowledge and learn from others
  • Engage with other functions for input and impact

Reports to: Director, Digital Product Design

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

  • Third-party online service providers, agencies, vendors, freelancers

Work Experience / Education / Certifications

  • 2–4 years of professional digital design experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating UI design craft and usability thinking
  • Degree in a related field
  • Expert-level Figma skills, including components, auto-layout, and libraries
  • Strong visual design skills: typography, spacing, color, hierarchy
  • Understanding of responsive design principles
  • Ability to simplify complex requirements into elegant UI
  • Knowledge of usability heuristics and UX research basics
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and collaboration with developers
