The Digital Product Analyst will be responsible for owning digital products, performance maintenance and enhancement. This position will be responsible for developing LG.com eCommerce go-to-market strategy based on deep understandings of platform UX / UI design and functionality. This position will be supporting promotional content management, system integration, and platform UX / UI development. These responsibilities will require market research, ideation, validation, and analysis to identify opportunities for the LG OBS (Online Brand Store). Conducting user research and data analysis, the Digital Product Analyst will iteratively pursue improvement in the user journey on LG.com and the platform design.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

UX / UI Management :

  • Understand the current state of LG.com functionalities and UX / UI design and define opportunities and risks that would impact the customer’s shop experience and LG’s OBS (Online Brand Store) business goals.
  • Plan and execute visual assets and copy creation for the OBS, finding competitive partners, collaborating with them and measuring / improving performance.
  • Manage and assess LG.com eCommerce configuration (GP1 Admin) for promotion price, message, tag, pop-up, notification, package deal, pre-order and redemption content registration.
  • Lead LG.com and OBS integration and enhancement to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and the result fulfills requirements for the OBS business.
  • Ensure quality of promotional content posted at multiple touchpoints across LG.com and that it draws desirable customer journeys with different intents.
  • Build LG.com shop content strategy considering the internal and external traffic flows to drive traffic to the OBS and increase the conversion holistically.
  • Define KPIs and conduct periodic assessments for digital product management and report to upper management to suggest next steps.

Visual Design & Analysis :

  • Work collaboratively with other Business Units (BUs) to develop engaging visual designs that promote LG throughout the year.
  • Support other BUs to effectively present promotional banners and webpages across LG.com according to a promotion calendar and content matrix.
  • Deliver presentations on the status of UX / UI developments, future enhancement plans, and execution reports to various stakeholders to align on content restriction / capability.
  • Lead cross-BU promotions and their visual presentations on LG.com and keep their performance on track against KPIs.
  • Respond to potential legal risks that could arise related to promotional content and collaborate with HQ and developers to mitigate those risks.
  • Project Management :

  • Lead content-related projects (e.g. new services, features, membership and partnership, etc.) with OBS visual strategy.
  • Participate in complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders : UX / UI Design, Legal, IT, Solution Architect, Marketing, Business Units and external developers and marketing agencies.
  • Support OBS platform enhancement projects with deep understanding of design guidelines and technical requirements, liaising between internal stakeholders with counterparts at HQ.
  • Lead design related projects driven by HQ in terms of local content, UX / UI application, development, issue identification and resolution.
  • Analyze pros and cons of multiple backend platforms used for promotional content management and suggest / execute processes to manage restrictions following HQ enhancements to the platform.
  • Data Analytics :

  • Leverage analytics to perform A / B testing on new digital products.
  • Implement case studies to read market trends and suggest business use cases for OBS.
  • Analyze traffic new to webpage and / or accessing specific content, and sales, as it relates to new digital products.
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • 2+ years of corporate work experience, preferably in eCommerce as a UX / UI Designer and / or Digital Media Designer.
  • Strong online portfolio of recent projects demonstrating UX design process, typography, and colour theory.
  • Experience in digital transformation, UX / UI design, A / B testing, Magento, and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Graphic and Web design knowledge is an asset.
  • French literacy is a plus.
  • Ability to liaise with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to gather requirements for and manage design process.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Proven ability to function effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work extended hours when required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong aptitude and proven experience with Agile methodology.
