Primary Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the HP Digital Press, including pre-flighting files, color adjustments, and production of digitally printed products.
• Perform visual and specification quality checks on each print and monitor press conditions continuously.
• Maintain press efficiency and minimize waste.
• Perform digital press maintenance and requisition supplies such as inks, coatings, parts, and tools.
• Adhere to all safety and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up jobs according to job tickets and product specifications, including pre-flighting files and staging.
• Complete startup, quality sign-off, and visual checks.
• Operate digital presses to produce products according to customer specifications, minimizing waste.
• Requisition necessary supplies for digital printing.
• Maintain and troubleshoot press equipment, including preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
• Report safety risks and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating digital presses or related web/offset printing experience.
• Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with production materials and quality standards.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude.
• Preferred: computer prepress/preflight knowledge and advanced computer skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close and distance vision and focus adjustment.
