As a Digital platforms Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, defining, deploying, and measuring digital opportunities and their impacts. You will contribute daily to the evolution of our digital platforms, including both transactional and informational platforms.

Responsibilities

  1. In collaboration with the Product Manager (PM), define business needs to achieve the performance objectives of digital platforms (client portal, online quotes, website).
  2. Prioritize needs based on business value and benefits.
  3. Represent the vision and strategic directions of the digital client experience to internal teams.
  4. Develop, manage, and prioritize the digital platform roadmap initiatives.
  5. Coordinate business needs analysis in collaboration with relevant departments.
  6. Ensure an end-to-end view of a simplified, seamless, and consistent customer experience.
  7. Share initiative results and provide actionable recommendations.
  8. Identify and interpret key success indicators (KPIs).
  9. Propose and contribute to user testing initiatives to understand customer expectations and needs.
  10. Provide regular updates to management on the progress and performance of projects under your responsibility.

Desired profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or any other relevant discipline.
  2. 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital tools, e-commerce, and performance metrics.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive, lasting relationships.
  5. Strategic thinker with strong influencing skills.
  6. Agile mindset, curiosity, and openness to experimentation.
  7. Demonstrated leadership, autonomy, and initiative.
  8. Results- and solutions-oriented approach.
  9. Solid understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
  10. Advanced level of French and intermediate level of English is essential, as the role requires frequent collaboration with both French and English-speaking vendors across Canada and occasional participation in daily meetings conducted in French and/or English.
  11. Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry (an asset).
  12. Experience in business analysis (an asset).
