The Role :

This opportunity is ideal for a performance-driven digital marketer who excels in campaign strategy, optimization, and analytics. The Digital Performance Marketing Supervisor will lead the planning and execution of paid media campaigns across Google platforms, while mentoring junior talent and collaborating cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and account teams. With a focus on ROI and innovation, this role is central to delivering high-impact digital solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Shopping
• Monitor performance using Google Ads and GA4, delivering insights and recommendations
• Conduct regular optimizations to improve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR
• Collaborate with internal teams to align creative and targeting strategies
• Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and audience segmentation via GTM and GA4
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports with strategic insights
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
• Stay current on platform changes, beta features, and evolving digital trends

Requirements :

8+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and conversion tracking

Experience with campaign formats including Search, Display, YouTube, PMax, and Demand Gen

Skilled at interpreting data to inform strategy and optimizations

Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and Shopping feeds

Strong leadership and mentorship experience

Experience with Meta or Microsoft Ads is a plus

Excellent communication and project management skills
