As a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in our marketing team, contributing to the development and management of global digital campaigns.

Position responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage campaigns: Build and execute advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Utilize historical data and market trends to forecast campaign performance.
  • Optimize budget distribution across campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance regularly and adjust strategies to improve results.
  • Focus on key performance indicators such as CTR, conversion rates, and CPA.
Required qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience with SA360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Technical expertise in these platforms.
  • Google Marketing Certification.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business.

Salary Range and Location

Toronto, Ontario. The salary range is CAD $61,350 - $102,250. For roles outside Toronto, contact recruitment@manulife.com for local salary details. Compensation varies based on market, location, and experience. Benefits include health, dental, mental health, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
