About Paw Prosper

At Paw Prosper, we help pets live healthier, happier lives through all stages of their journey—whether they’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or staying active in their senior years. Our growing family of pet brands delivers best-in-class, vet-recommended solutions in mobility, rehabilitation, and pain management. With a foundation built on expertise and compassion, we empower pet parents and professionals with products that support long-term health and quality of life.

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Paid Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role will manage both Paid Search and Paid Social channels. You will be responsible for the full-funnel execution and performance of digital advertising campaigns—across planning, setup, optimization, analysis, and reporting.

This role reports directly to the Head of Growth and offers an opportunity to collaborate closely on performance strategy, data insights, and business scaling. You’ll be empowered to make decisions, test ideas, and own outcomes in a fast-paced, pet-loving eCommerce environment. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role that offers the opportunity to drive measurable impact in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign goals with business objectives across both acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Provide data-driven insights to assist in the media plan build that will allocate budget effectively between search and social channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide inputs to assist monthly, quarterly and annual media planning exercises.
  • Own the day-to-day management of ecommerce focused performance marketing campaigns, optimizing campaigns towards revenue and profitability goals via campaign building, testing, learning, strategies, targeting, and measurement.
  • Manage the end-to-end setup, execution, and management of paid campaigns across search and social platforms for all brands under the Pawprosper umbrella.
  • Conduct regular ad account audits to assess performance, identify issues, and surface opportunities.
  • Oversee product feed management (Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalog) in collaboration with e-commerce ops and dev teams.
  • Ensure proper tracking setup using tools like Google Tag Manager, UTM tagging, and pixel integrations.
  • Define key channel metrics and success KPIs and track performance against them on a daily basis.

Optimization & Performance

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and execute daily ongoing optimizations (bidding, budget pacing, keyword refinement, audience adjustments).
  • Run creative and A / B testing across ad copy, landing pages, and creative formats for both search and social.
  • Analyze campaign data and deliver weekly / monthly insights and reports that influence media strategy and decisions.
  • Track and measure campaign performance based on the defined KPIs and success metrics.
  • Provide recommendations on tactics, audiences, placements and pacing for social marketing campaigns
  • Responsibility for weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
  • Partner with internal teams to brief creative, landing page, and content needs.
  • Work closely with our in-house and external agency partners to plan and execute integrated marketing programs across multiple media channels and touch points
  • Liaise with external vendors (if applicable) to support scaling efforts or channel-specific expertise.
  • Facilitate and maintain regular check-ins with internal and external partners to guide and oversee performance, pacing and general campaign management.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns across paid social and search, with deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, PMax & Shopping).
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and / or other Paid Social platforms.
  • Experience with feed management, conversion tracking, and e-commerce attribution.
  • Background working at Agency / ecommerce / tech platform / or DTC brand.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, project management, strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving, presentation, relationship building, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel / Sheets skills for budget tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, GA4, and Looker Studio.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Google Ads and / or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, etc.
  • Experience in e-commerce or pet wellness industries.
