Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a Digital Operations Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting end-to-end Supply Chain Transformation engagements focused on evaluating current state, identifying opportunities and creating transformation business cases, including the supporting technologies.
- Driving cross functional internal and client teams across business and supply chains to develop and deliver end-to-end Supply Chain Strategies in industrial, CPGs, retail, public sectors, and capital-intensive sectors, with emphasis on the implementation of Logistics & Distribution, Inventory Management, Materials Management and Master Data Management technologies.
- Engaging and working alongside client key stakeholders to gain input and buy-in to strategy development and to influence and execute category action plans.
- Establishing credibility with prospective clients by demonstrating expertise and knowledge of supply chain operations.
- Working with engagement teams in the production of quality deliverables on time and on budget to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Contributing to pursuit teams and proposal development including innovative approaches and methodologies; and teaming with PwC colleagues in other lines of services to address client needs.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
- Experience in supply chain process reengineering and technology implementation.
- Management consulting and change management experience is required.
- Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain secret security clearance.
- End-to-end distribution center (DC) transformation engagements focused on identifying improvement opportunities including automation, preparation of transformation business cases, overseeing the design of future state including AutoCAD/Revit layouts and implementation of the chosen solution.
- End-to-end Supply Chain Management experience including E2E demand and replenishment – or IBP, inventory and stocking strategies, warehousing and transportation, network strategy and modeling, in complex business environments (not all required).
- Implementation experience with Supply Chain processes in major ERP environments (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and/or industry leading Supply Chain Management, Material Management and Warehouse Management providers (e.g. SAP, Blue Yonder, o9, Manhattan, Maximo, etc.), is an asset.
- Understanding of business process improvement techniques, supply chain processes and associated value drivers and frameworks such as Alteryx/Power BI or equivalent a plus.
- Understanding the evolution and new trends in technologies (IoT, Machine Learning, Gen AI, …) and how these technologies can help to solve complex problems for our clients.
- Highly committed to providing excellent client service, by building and maintaining productive relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Motivated to work in a productive and changing environment.
- The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada.
