About Us

As we scale, we’re looking for a Digital Media Manager who’s ready to take growth to the next level. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue through paid acquisition, creative testing, and campaign optimization - with the freedom to experiment and the resources to scale what works.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in DTC, lives and breathes data, but also has an eye for ad creative that sells.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Launch, manage, and scale Meta & Google campaigns with a direct-response focus
  • Work closely with our creative team to test and iterate ad concepts and angles
  • Lead the testing and optimization of landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Analyze campaign performance daily and make decisions based on data
  • Own our growth KPIs : contribution margin, CAC, ROAS, AOV - and know how to improve them
  • Run creative tests across platforms and push to find new winning concepts
  • Work with our internal teams to ensure top-tier execution
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and spot opportunities before others do
  • Success in 3 Months

  • You’ve launched and scaled campaigns that are driving profitable growth
  • You’ve helped identify new creative angles and turned them into scalable ads
  • You’ve improved key metrics like CAC and ROAS through testing and optimization
  • You’ve taken ownership of your channels and made them more efficient
  • This role is designed to grow with you. As you scale results, you’ll take on more ownership across growth strategy and new channels.

    About You

  • 3+ years in performance marketing, media buying, or growth (DTC / eComm a bonus)
  • Deep experience running paid ads (Meta and Google) with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy and what makes a good direct response ad
  • Confident using data to make decisions - you're fluent in metrics like MER, CAC, and ROAS
  • Self-motivated, fast-paced, and results-driven
  • Comfortable managing budgets and juggling multiple campaigns
