Job description

Do you watch ads for fun? Spend your showers coming up with catchy jingles? Make your friends act out hee-larious skits for the ‘gram?

We’re looking for a creative creative strategist to make things more creative, and strategy-y. Who are we? Well we’re a rapidly growing, fully remote digital agency with a roster of awesome brands.

Our awesome brands need more awesome ideas, and that’s where you come in. On a typical day, you might brainstorm hooks for a new product launch on Meta, deep dive into a Reddit community to make compelling meme-vertorials, try to make people read on TikTok and all other types of crazy adventures.

You’d be working between media buyers and graphic designers, balancing the existential problem of math vs art vs ROAS. Good news is everyone is nice, and you get to work from home.

A few things you need to have under your belt to ride this ride :

  • 3+ years experience in paid media creative strategy
  • Prior experience working in fast-paced agencies or ecom brands
  • Creative flexibility to work on multiple diverse brands
  • Strong familiarity with performance metrics (Motion & ad dashboards a plus)
  • Ability to organize cat herds & prioritize priorities
  • Fluent in English, memes and Chat GPT prompts
  • An infinite well of genius ideas and the ability to articulate your vision in a brief

Role is full time, hours are flexible but require US business hour overlap and occasional evening meetings with global team. Position is contract-based and fully remote. Competitive salary + performance-based bonus opportunities.
