Based in Vancouver, Canada, Magnify Digital is a boutique digital agency specializing in digital marketing strategy and training for the cultural industries. We are known for our innovative approach, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to helping clients grow their audiences and achieve measurable success.

The Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist-Graphic Design Specialist who is skilled at research, planning, activating, and measuring scalable digital marketing strategies. The right candidate will have demonstrable successes designing and activating digital strategies for both large and small organizations and is an expert in digital marketing tactics, including digital strategy, social media management, data & analytics, SEO, paid media, influencer marketing and more. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on strategy work and mentoring clients.

Additionally, you must be very proficient at graphic design, video editing, and creating content for social media and blogs (text, image, video).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute digital marketing strategies across paid, organic, and content-driven campaigns.
  • Act as the primary client contact , ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Oversee multiple projects and accounts , ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget. As an agency, multiple files are handled concurrently.
  • Analyze performance metrics , offering strategic insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends , testing and implementing innovative
  • strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Creating and publishing content to social media, websites, newsletters, blogs, etc., including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.

Who You Are :

We’re looking for a passionate marketer who is results-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced digital landscape. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strategic thinker, and a collaborative team player.

Must-Haves :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree ideally in communications, marketing, design and / or business management
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, with a proven track record of success developing and delivering plans that achieve objectives for both small and large organizations.
  • Strong client management and communication skills , with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Expertise and demonstrable results in content marketing strategy and email marketing .
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, website CRM platforms, and project management software (e.g. Asana) .
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and optimize campaigns for improved performance.
  • Deep understanding of graphic design principles and video editing tools , excellent writing skills , and experience creating content for brands.
  • Portfolio of design and content work created directly by you.

Nice-to-Haves :

  • Experience in digital marketing for media, entertainment, and / or tourism / hospitality.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and AI-driven marketing strategies.
