Digital Marketing Specialist & Brand Communications Lead
Our client is searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist & Brand Communications Lead to join their team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and brand communications plans. A successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Your success will be defined by your ability to :
Guide the creation of high-quality, consistent and engaging content across all platforms
Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to enhance brand visibility and equity
Lead the company’s ambassador and influencer programs, driving authentic partnerships
Identify and implement tools, automation platforms, and workflows to increase efficiency
Spearhead the integration of advanced technologies, such as AI and CRM enhancements
Create, execute, and manage a strategic social media marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive growth
Manage content calendars for multiple brands
Develop marketing collateral for social media, websites, blogs, and digital ads
Lead targeted and sales campaigns through email, ads, and social media
Oversee the company’s ambassador program and partnerships with influencers or complementary brands
Generate, edit and publish daily content (text, images, video) to build meaningful connections
Collaborate with the web and graphic design teams to create compelling content
Measure, analyze, and report marketing performance to ensure ROI
Your strengths include :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
3+ years of experience in digital marketing and brand communication
Proven experience in digital marketing and brand communications
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies
Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns
Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management software
Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and brand communication projects
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
