About the Role:
At PiTech, we don’t just run ads we build automated growth engines. We’re looking for a seasoned and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist who’s mastered the full spectrum of digital marketing. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead strategic multi-platform ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Conduct market research and data-driven audience segmentation.
• Manage ad budgets, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.
• Report performance using analytics dashboards and optimization cycles.
• Execute comprehensive SEO strategies: technical, on-page, and off-page.
• Build and optimize content plans for websites, blogs, landing pages, and YouTube.
• Conduct advanced keyword research, link-building, and competitor tracking.
Social Media & Community Growth
• Build and manage organic social presence across platforms.
• Design social content, schedule posts, and analyze reach, engagement, and growth trends.
• Initiate community engagement strategies and influencer outreach where relevant.
Email Marketing & CRM
• Design and automate campaigns through platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign.
• Segment databases, trigger nurturing workflows, and improve open/click-through rates.
• Work with WordPress, Elementor, and plugins to maintain and update web content.
• Assist with UI/UX feedback, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
Design & Brand Alignment
• Collaborate with designers or create simple visuals using Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma.
• Ensure brand identity is consistent across all channels and content.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in a Digital Marketing role (agency or in-house).
• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, CRO, and marketing funnels.
• Strong experience with WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, and website maintenance.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and reporting tools.
• Fluent in English (native or near-native) both written and spoken.
• French and/or Chinese fluency is a strong asset.
• Strong project management skills: organized, deadline-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills and a high standard of work ownership.
• Ability to work part-time, independently, and asynchronously within a dynamic team.
