Paid media is a key driver of our customer acquisition strategy, supporting both online and in-store growth. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play an important role in helping to manage and optimize campaigns across channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, and Video to improve efficiency and drive results.
In this role, you will assist with budget management, performance tracking, and campaign analysis, helping to ensure marketing investments are optimized for maximum impact. You’ll work closely with the team to support audience targeting, creative testing, and data-driven optimizations, contributing insights that enhance overall strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize Google Ads, Meta, Display, Affiliate, and Video campaigns to acquire new customers and improve omnichannel efficiency (CPA, ROAS).
- Track daily performance metrics to ensure spend is pacing to plan and delivering against targets.
- Analyze paid media channel performance leveraging Excel, BI dashboards, and MMM/MTA attribution models to extract actionable insights.
- Leverage Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to inform media investment decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, ecommerce, and retention teams to optimize audience strategies.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting, sharing key insights and recommendations with leadership.
- Continually monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and headwinds.
- Support the development and execution of a testing roadmap for ad creative, landing pages, lead gen forms, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of performance marketing experience within B2C ecommerce and/or omnichannel retail.
- Hands-on experience managing paid performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Display, and Affiliate channels.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Excel, MTA/MMM, Google Analytics (GA4), and marketing technology platforms.
- Strong collaboration and communications skills—comfortable working across teams to align strategies and share insights.
- Experience with creative, landing page, and website testing methodologies to improve conversion.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple campaigns and priorities.
