About the job

The NewRich Network is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing company.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at NewRich Network, you’ll manage multiple accounts (we work on various e-commerce projects) and work to improve campaign performance to achieve positive ROI. You must be data-driven and use a combination of technology, problem-solving, psychology—and now social media engagement—to make online paid advertising profitable.

You’ll take ownership of tasks related to managing our digital marketing campaigns, including social media management. Over time, you’ll gain experience in all aspects of account management and, with proven performance, advance into a more senior role.

Your Tasks Will Include

  1. Manage and execute digital marketing projects from start to finish.
  2. Own and deliver effective campaign marketing for designated products and web properties in alignment with the organization’s requirements and acquisition strategy.
  3. Develop marketing plans and strategies to support customer acquisition goals.
  4. Manage keywords and site placements.
  5. Review daily ad spend, revenue, and campaign activities.
  6. Create ad messaging for Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
  7. Analyze existing ads and make strategic recommendations for improvements.
  8. Manage monthly Google Ads and Meta ad budgets.
  9. Track and report on account performance regularly.
  10. Identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve web visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  11. Social Media Management: Plan and schedule posts, manage accounts, reply to DMs and comments to foster engagement, and ensure brand consistency across channels.
  12. Collaborate with stakeholders to execute marketing activities including collateral development, content marketing, webinars, advertising, and more.
  13. Lead the development of strategic messaging that resonates with prospective customers.
  14. Conduct market research for audience segmentation and promotional channels.
  15. Refine marketing strategies for creating and promoting product funnels and webinars, delivering maximum value.
  16. Measure marketing effectiveness and adjust plans based on metrics; contribute to ROI reports.
  17. Maintain project timelines and deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and expected results.
  18. Develop external materials such as presentations, collateral, success stories, and landing pages.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist in e-commerce or tech companies.
  • 3 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
  • 2 years of experience with Google Marketing Platform or similar tools.
  • Deep knowledge of social, display, and programmatic platforms (YouTube, Google Display Network, Yahoo Gemini, Meta, etc.).
  • Exceptional time management skills for handling multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience managing daily spends of $2,000+ on YouTube & Google Display Network.
  • Experience managing daily spends of $1,000+ on Google Search campaigns.

This is a full-time position for an expert Google Display Network & YouTube Media Buyer in the eCommerce & Business Development space. It offers a base salary plus performance-based bonuses after a 90-day probation period.
