Must Haves:

• At least 5 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Experience with copywriting and blogging.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience with WordPress and WP Bakery plugin.
• Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Remarketing).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Google Ads and Analytics Certifications.
• Facebook Ads Blueprint Certification.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, and Google Search Console.

Nice to Haves:

• Graphics knowledge.
• Experience with WordPress and WP Bakery.
• Experience running Facebook Ad campaigns.
• CRM experience (e.g., Infusionsoft, Zoho).
• Understanding of Google Tag Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Develop content marketing strategies, including content creation and proofreading.
• Create email marketing strategies and copy.
• Manage and grow social media presence.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and report results.
• Implement CRO strategies, including UX and landing page optimization, A/B testing, and marketing automation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
• Collaborate with the owner to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.

Compensation:

• Dependent on experience.
• Performance-based bonuses based on KPIs.
