Job description

Insight Global is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a Big 5 banking client's digital marketing team to help grow online presence and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with a primary focus on public-facing web.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will:

  1. Provide day-to-day support in delivering strategies and tactical plans that align with broader corporate and brand marketing strategies for the assigned Line of Business (LOB).
  2. Collaborate with content and UX design teams to create and update web pages, ensuring functionality, usability, and mobile responsiveness across all platforms.
  3. Edit, QA, and publish web content using a content management system (CMS), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
  4. Ensure content meets requirements, including links and visibility considerations.
  5. Measure project and site performance.
  6. Work with Senior Managers and Digital Managers to ensure initiatives align with digital strategy.
  7. Coordinate with internal business groups to meet their product and marketing web needs.
  8. Maximize online space in collaboration with all LOBs and the Senior Manager.
