About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to work under the direction of the Director of Marketing to help with campaign management, content creation and management, SEO and SEM, social media management, email marketing, and analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaign
  • Monitor campaigns closely to ensure daily spends align with budget
  • Analyze campaign data and create reports considering performance trends and data anomalies, while identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, changes, and best practices and provide recommendations
  • Create engaging content for various digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and email
  • Oversee all website updates and help oversee new website projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Collaborate with the marketing director and other marketing specialists to develop strategies and campaigns along with the execution
  • Assist with the day-to-day marketing tasks and coordination of projects as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Passionate for digital advertising
  • 2-3 years’ experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Google Ads Certification
  • Ability to independently run Google Ads
  • Excellent understanding and execution of paid social media platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Experience with MailChimp and WordPress
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Detail oriented, ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic and team oriented with the ability to work independently as well
  • Degree or diploma in a related field
  • Driver’s License
