About the Role!

We’re looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to bring our CMO’s strategic vision to life through exceptional execution in content and outbound marketing. You’ll be the hands-on expert turning high-level plans into measurable results, managing campaigns, and optimizing performance with a data-driven approach. If you’ve worked with a software services company before and get fired up about AI’s potential to transform industries, this is the role for you.

This is a hybrid position.

You will:

  • Execute content marketing campaigns across blogs, social media, email, and more, ensuring alignment with our strategy.
  • Manage outbound efforts, including email campaigns, paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), and lead generation initiatives.
  • Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., engagement, conversions, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics and marketing platforms, optimizing based on results.
  • Providing updates, insights, and practical suggestions to refine tactics.
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing and AI, bringing fresh ideas to enhance our software-focused messaging.
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, or development teams to deliver cohesive campaigns on time and within scope.

You have:

  • Experienced: 2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of running campaigns end-to-end.
  • Software Savvy: Previous work with a software services company (SaaS, IT services, or similar), ideally marketing technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • AI Enthusiast: Excited about the future of artificial intelligence and its role in shaping marketing and business—bonus if you’ve marketed AI-driven products!
  • Execution-Focused: A doer who thrives on turning strategy into action, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Analytical: Comfortable digging into data to measure success and tweak campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Tool-Proficient: Fluent in marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and paid ad platforms; experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Slack) is a plus.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, communicative, and eager to work under guidance while driving day-to-day results.
  • Must be a resident of Canada and be eligible to work in Canada

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with software industry trends.
  • Basic SEO knowledge or experience with content formats like video or case studies.
  • A portfolio or examples of campaigns with measurable outcomes
