The Role:
Great Big Game Show is a brand-new experience from the creators of The Escape Game. We’re currently open in 11 cities—and growing fast. By the end of the year, we’ll be in 19 locations.
The Digital Marketing Manager will help shape how people discover, talk about, and come back to Great Big Game Show. This role involves managing online presence—from strategy to execution—across social media, email, influencer partnerships, PR, digital advertising, and the website.
It’s more than just posting content and responding to comments—it’s about creating engaging digital experiences that generate word-of-mouth, build a loyal community, and excite the audience. The ideal candidate is a strategist and creator, blending strong copywriting skills with a guest-focused hospitality approach, always seeking fun, trends, and ways to keep fans engaged.
Pay:
$50,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually. Salary depends on experience and skills.
Responsibilities:
Social Media
Manage content calendar, create and publish posts, keep channels active, on-brand, and lively. Monitor trends, engage with followers, and find creative ways to foster conversations.
Email Marketing
Develop and optimize campaigns in Hubspot to promote store launches, offers, and updates. Ensure email journeys are fun, relevant, and encourage repeat visits.
Influencer Partnerships
Build relationships with influencers to increase local discovery and customer acquisition. Handle outreach, gifting, and track performance to ensure impactful partnerships.
Public Relations
Lead media outreach for openings and brand moments. Pitch stories, manage press contacts, and coordinate with local PR teams to maintain visibility.
Website Updates
Update content in our CMS to keep it current and optimized for conversions. Collaborate with design and development teams on larger projects.
Digital Advertising
Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms. Coordinate creative assets, monitor budgets, and analyze campaign results.
Additional Details:
- 40-50 hours per week, with potential for more based on projects and priorities.
- Must be a strong copywriter.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- This role is in person at our Brentwood office (4 days/week).
