This role oversees the operational coordination of website changes and updates, maintains workflow visibility, and partners closely with Project Operations on intake, prioritization, capacity, resourcing, and timelines. The role also provides end-to-end program management for initiatives such as website launches, platform implementations, and digital experience enhancements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and effective at collaborating across Marketing, partnering closely with Project Operations, Creative, Content, Product Marketing, Marketing Automation, IT, and external partners. They bring structure and process to fast-moving work.

What you’ll get to do
Team Workflow
  • Partner with Project Operations, Traffic Management, and Digital Marketing leadership to align active work to business priorities, available capacity, resourcing, and agreed service levels.
  • Maintain and monitor the team’s work request system, including active projects, owners, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of intake, workflow, and delivery processes established with Project Operations and Traffic Management.
  • Facilitate regular planning, prioritization, and status meetings; identify risks, bottlenecks, and resourcing conflicts early.
  • Create clear, consistent communication for stakeholders on request status, timing, scope, and required decisions.
  • Improve team processes, templates, and operating rhythms to make delivery more efficient and predictable, ensuring cross-disciplinary efforts stay on track.
  • Develop reporting that provides visibility into team workload, throughput, project health, and delivery performance.
  • Ensure work consistently meets pre-defined website standards and SLAs.
Program and Project Management
  • Lead planning and execution for large, cross-functional digital programs from kickoff through launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Use project-management tools (primarily Optimizely) to build and maintain detailed plans and track and report on project progress, dependencies, resourcing, risks, governance, and key decisions.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
  • Drive alignment among business, marketing, creative, content, technology, analytics, and legal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, maintain action logs, and elevate decisions or risks when needed.
  • Support change management for new platforms, workflows, and ways of working.
  • Ensure projects follow defined website standards, quality-assurance requirements, and service-level expectations.
Skills and experience we value
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional digital projects, such as website redesigns and launches, CMS implementations, marketing technology roll-outs, or integrated campaign programs.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve project planning, reporting, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, including web, content, creative, campaign, analytics, and marketing technology work.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and create clarity in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience with project-management tools such as Asana, Optimizely, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating at both a detailed execution level and a broader program-planning level.
What would make you stand out
  • Experience in B2B marketing or a global enterprise organization.
  • Experience supporting website platforms, CMS or DAM implementations, and digital experience initiatives.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar project-management certification.
  • Experience using capacity-planning, workflow, and reporting tools to improve team operations.
