Role Overview: Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager, the Digital Marketing Performance Analyst supports the Media team in measuring, analyzing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns. The role involves transforming complex marketing data into actionable insights to improve media ROI, customer acquisition, and marketing performance. Responsibilities include producing and maintaining performance reports using tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, and BigQuery, and presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze paid media campaign performance (SEM, Paid Social, Display, etc.) and recommend optimizations.
  2. Collaborate with media teams and partners to define KPIs, monitor results, and identify improvements.
  3. Design and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker).
  4. Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive performance insights.
  5. Contribute to automating data pipelines and improving data governance.
  6. Communicate data insights effectively across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Intelligence, Digital Analytics, E-commerce, or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing performance or digital media analytics.
  • Proficiency with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Power Query, Excel).
  • Ability to write SQL queries (BigQuery or similar).
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex data and making recommendations.
