We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager who can craft a compelling online presence, see the big picture, and execute effectively.

You will lead the firm’s digital strategy across platforms, shaping our online image in a bold and smart manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Podcasts, YouTube) for lead generation and engagement.
  • Create compelling content aligned with marketing campaigns and firm priorities.
  • Monitor trends and platform updates to keep the firm relevant.
  • Use paid and organic digital campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Manage digital budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign performance.
  • Partner with teams to showcase thought leadership and client success stories.
  • Audit and optimize website content for SEO and user experience.
  • Oversee digital content creation (videos, blogs, infographics) for client acquisition and retention.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Train staff on social media and content best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in legal or professional services.
  • Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, analytics tools, and content strategy.
  • Experience with CRM systems, website CMS, and AI tools is an asset.
